Can I order backordered products?
You can order backordered products – just remember, these items aren’t in stock right now. The time to get them ready for shipping can range from a few days to several weeks. If you need an exact date, contact us before placing your order. If you already placed your order, we will send you a quick message to let you know when you can expect delivery.
Can your products be customized?
All of our products can be customized with different materials, camouflage patterns and features. We also have the ability to make and design products completely from scratch according to your needs. Check out the Custom Solutions section in our website for more information.
How do I know which size fits me the best?
Please refer to the Size Charts/Guide section on our website or check out the information in the product description. If you have any questions, send us a message! We have extensive experience and insights from customer feedback to help you find the perfect fit.
How long does production for products that are made to order take?
Production times are listed in the product description. While we aim to stick to these estimates, things beyond our control might affect timing, but we always try our best to get your stuff shipped out asap!
Do you have discounts for bulk orders?
We offer discounts to those who order our materials or products (Uniforms, Gear) in bulk quantities. Contact us to see if you qualify for a bulk discount.
Do you offer worldwide shipping (shipping to my country is unavailable)?
We ship worldwide. If shipping to your country isn’t available during checkout, it’s probably because we haven’t set it up yet. Contact us if that is the case and we will set it up asap!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and if your order includes made to order / backordered items. Typically, orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days if everything is in stock, and delivery can take anywhere from 1-10 business days depending on the destination. The estimated shipping times (once your order is dispatched) are shown in your cart. This does not include customs clearance for non EU countries! My tracking status seems to be stuck (US customs)?
If your tracking status appears to be stuck, there’s no need to worry – it’s worth noting that delays, though uncommon, can happen.
Tracking information for US orders might not update for several days or weeks after your package arrives in the destination country / is handed over at the airport. This is typically due to the customs clearance process, which can vary, especially during busy periods like the holiday season.
While packages usually clear within a few days or less, in some cases, it may take a week or longer. For the most up-to-date details, we recommend checking the USPS website using your AT postal service tracking number, as they often provide more specific updates. If your tracking remains unchanged for more than two weeks, feel free to reach out to us. We can start an inquiry to check for any potential issues with your shipment.
