When will my Order Ship / Lead Times
Orders are usually dispatched on the same day (for in stock items) if placed before 12:00 local time (CEST | UTC +2).
MADE-TO-ORDER
Please make sure to check lead times, these are listed in the product description and/or next to the “Add to Cart” button.
If you order multiple items with different lead times, the schedule is set by the item that takes the longest to make. We ship once the entire order is complete. If you order a in-stock item (ready now) and a made-to-order item (ready in 2-4 weeks), your package ships in 2-4 weeks.
If you need certain in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for those items.
Can I request faster processing for made-to-order items?
While possible, this is rare. Only place an order if you are able to accept the full lead time. Rush orders would negatively impact the lead times of our other customers. For this reason, we do not offer expedited production unless discussed before placing the order.
Backordered Stock
The item is likely out of stock, we are manufacturing more or waiting for a resupply. It will ship within the specific time frame listed on the product page.
Just like made to order gear, your entire order waits for this item. We ship everything in one package once the backordered stock is ready.
Local Pickup
You can pick up your gear directly from our location in Graz. Pickup is by appointment only. Please note that our office is currently used exclusively for in-person appointments. If you’d like to pick up an order, please send us a request before placing your order so we can arrange an appointment.
Note that we don’t have a full showroom. Most of our gear is made to order and ships out as soon as it’s ready for our customers, so we don’t keep complete stock available for browsing. If you’re interested in seeing a specific item, let us know beforehand and we’ll set aside a sample.
Duties & Customs (USA, etc.)
Since all of our gear is manufactured in Austria (European Union), shipments outside of the EU usually incur local VAT and import duties. You are responsible for paying these fees to your local customs office upon arrival.
We also offer DDP Shipping (=Delivered Duty Paid). You can select this at checkout (if available) or contact us to set it up manually.

The benefit: We handle the paperwork, your order clears customs faster, and you receive no additional bills at your door. What you pay is what you get.
Shipping is Unavailable
You may notice that no shipping options are available during checkout. This can happen for a couple of reasons:
1. Your order exceeds our standard weight or size limits.
2. Shipping to your country has not yet been set up.
We need to provide a custom shipping quote for the order. Contact us using the form above, either before or after placing the order.
Discounts & Coupons
We aim to price our products as fairly as possible from the start, which is why we don’t run holiday, Black Friday, or similar promotional discounts. This helps us maintain our quality, pay a liveable wage to our employees, and keep all production in Austria.
Individual discounts are only offered to B2B or bulk/unit orders. Check out our [Defence & B2B] page for more information.
Can Item XY be made in a Different Pattern?
If the pattern you’re looking for isn’t listed, or if no selection is available at all, feel free to reach out and we’ll check whether it’s available.
We offer a wide range of patterns and colors, so product images usually show just one option and don’t always reflect every available camouflage, as there would be too many.
