M05 Mesh Boonie Hat

Ventilation:

This boonie is made entirely from mesh fabric, giving you the maximum ventilation possible. The brim and headband features two layers of fabric to maintain shape and prevent transparency, while the crown is made out of one layer to keep good airflow.

Adaptive camouflage:

With laser-cut Mesh vegetation loops covering the entire hat, you can easily blend into your surroundings by weaving natural foliage through the loops. The mesh fabric’s small holes also allow you to insert smaller pieces of vegetation or attach strings and tie-downs. This makes the boonie the perfect all rounder for various environments without having to switch up camouflage patterns.

Customization & Fit:

While we tailor the boonie to your head size in 1 cm increments for the best fit, it’s designed to be worn slightly oversized to accommodate beanies or other layers in colder conditions. If you plan to wear something underneath, measure your head circumference over the additional layer. When wearing the boonie on its own, simply use the adjustable cord lock at the back to fine-tune the fit.

Bendable wires located at the front and back of the brim allow you to customize the brim shape to your preferences, depending on whether you need more concealment or more visibility.

Brim:

The shorter 5 cm (2″) brim provides a lot of visibility. The integrated wires keeps it stable even in strong winds, so you don’t have to worry about losing shape when conditions get rough.

Each boonie is handmade to order, with production times ranging from 1 to 8 business days. You can fully customize your boonie with options like Velcro covers, chin straps, a personalized camouflage pattern and more!
