All our shipping options come with tracking and insurance. We primarily use the Austrian postal service and UPS, depending on which is faster and more cost-effective for you. If everything is in stock, we aim to ship your order on the same day or within 1-2 business days after payment is received. If your order includes made to order or backordered items, we’ll ship everything together once everything’s ready to save on shipping costs. However, if you need some items sooner, you can split your order into two separate ones – one for in-stock items and one for the made to order or backordered items. This way, you get the in-stock items right away, and the rest will follow as soon as they’re ready. You can find the approx. production time for made to order items in the product description. For backordered items, send us a message for an estimated availability before placing your order.
Delivery Time & Express Shipping
You’ll see the estimated delivery time at checkout. Keep in mind, this doesn’t include the processing time or customs clearance for non-EU orders. If your order is time sensitive, please leave a note during checkout and we will make sure to ship it ASAP!

Large Packages and Rolled Goods
Contact us for quotes on large, heavy or rolled (fabric) Packages. Rolled Shipping starts from 15,99€ – 20,99€ for most EU countries and can have a weight of up to 32 kg.
Customs, additional Fees & Duties
Customs duties only apply to orders shipped outside the European Union. If you’re ordering from outside the EU, you’ll be responsible for any extra customs fees or taxes your country may charge. We make sure to fill out all customs paperwork carefully to ensure a quick and smooth customs process.
Unavailable Shipping
Shipping may not be available for your country during the checkout process. If this happens, contact us and we will unlock delivery to your country.
Local Pickup
We offer local pickups for those who prefer to collect their orders in person. To use this service, select shipping to Austria during checkout and then opt for “Local Pickup”. Any shipping charges will be removed. As our office isn’t consistently staffed, we will coordinate a pickup time and location with you via email or telephone.
